Heat Mattress Overlay
Secure U300 HotDog Warming Mattress to operating table with durable straps.
Nonslip WaffleGrip
Align WaffleGrip pad on top of mattress using markings for reference. Tuck reinforced edge under warming mattress at perineal cut-out.
Warm & Secure
Ensure patient directly contacts WaffleGrip. Secure arms with draw sheet and apply safety strap. Begin warming without worry of patient movement!
How to use WaffleGrip + BackSaver
Heat Mattress Overlay
Secure U300 HotDog Warming Mattress to operating table with durable straps.
BackSaver Slide Sheet
Align WaffleGrip pad on top of mattress using markings for reference. Tuck reinforced edge under warming mattress at perineal cut-out. Align and position the BackSaver Slide Sheet
WaffleGrip Drawsheet
Unfold the BackSaver over WaffleGrip pad and tuck the end under the warming mattress to secure in place. Make sure the Pull tabs are accessible. Unfold the WaffleGrip Drawsheet
Patient Positioning
During prep, the patient should lie on top of the slide sheet and draw sheet
BackSaver Slide Sheet
Move the patient using two people by securely grabbing the WaffleGrip Drawsheet and pulling in an upward directino to slide the patient.
Removing BackSaver
Place drawsheet ends over patient and pull the BackSaver tabs outward to tear the perforated Slide Sheet. Fully remove the Slide Sheet prior to tilting the table
